Walk through the gulf facing house and out the back door to view the dock and nearby houses. Cast your fishing pole and see what the tide brought in to eat. Or have a seat on the large porch enjoy the view with your favorite refreshment. There is always a breeze on the gulf.

This large three or four bedroom home faces the Gulf of Mexico and sits on a
deep water canal with direct deep water access to the gulf. Since it faces the
gulf the sunset views can be seen from many rooms. We do get spectacular sunsets
very often. You can walk along the street to view the sunset, watch the dolphin
in the canal or gulf almost every day of the year.

As you walk into the house from the front entry way you see the tile floors in
the kitchen, living room, and dining area..

Another thing you see is the canal that has the deck and boat lift.

Directly across the canal is the view to the East.

Off the master bedroom is another porch on the other side of the patio. The
morning sun in this room makes a great area to enjoy morning coffee in your PJ's.

The master bedroom is to the left and second and third bedrooms are to the right
as you face the entry way. Next to the entry way is the stairway to the second
level.

Climb the stairs to the forth bedroom or party room to see spectacular views of
the Gulf of Mexico.

The wall of sliders across the front lead to a balcony with more gulf views.

Inside is the upstairs family/game room has a queen bed sofa and empty bar.

Looking the other way in the room shows a table for card playing.
