Walk through the gulf facing house and out the back door to view the dock and nearby houses. Cast your fishing pole and see what the tide brought in to eat. Or have a seat on the large porch enjoy the view with your favorite refreshment. There is always a breeze on the gulf.

Enjoy the porch and look at the boat lift and dock.

Turn to the left and see the Gulf of Mexico a short distance away. It is just a short boat ride to the open gulf.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and dressers.

The bathroom is large with whirlpool tub and a separate shower.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed.

The second bathroom is large and easily accessible from the second bedroom. It has a tub and shower in addition to the sink and counter.

enjoy the Gulf of Mexico view from the entry way. The gulf is visible from all the front rooms.

The Living room is comfortable and has a good view of the canal. It has a queen size sofa bed.

Sunsets are a specialty of this property. Watch them from the upper deck or walk with your neighbors on the dead end road.

It is extremely relaxing to walk the street as you enjoy the cool night air as the sun drops into the gulf.

The view to the East from the 2nd story deck is nice.

Enjoy the Florida weather with a quick swim in the canal. Twice daily fresh Gulf of Mexico salt water is brought into the canal with the tides.

If swimming is not your thing. Try fishing. This one was caught off the dock.

If swimming and fishing are not your thing. Enjoy your a soda while watching for Dolphin like this one or wait for the Manatee to visit.

Looking South you can see one of the canals.

Look Southwest to see the sunset. Set the table on the upper deck and enjoy the view with your favorite drink.

Look Southeast to see more of the canal.

A short distance off Highway 19 North of St Petersburg (Tampa) is the location of this Florida Rental Property. Highway 19 has most every retail establishment available. Both chains and local merchants are located along it. It is two miles north of Highway 52. Highway 52 provides easy access to Tampa International Airport and the Tampa Business District from Highway 589 or Veterans expressway.

This blue crab is waiting for you because I let him go. He got tangled in my fishing line.
